Born September 5, 1968, into a family of intellectuals in the Chordara mahalla of the Samarkand district. Graduated from the Samarkand State Institute of Architecture and Civil Engineering (1985–1992). Founder and head of ZARMED Group — a comprehensive healthcare and education ecosystem encompassing ZARMED University, ZARMED Pratiksha University Hospital, Continental Med Tour, ZARMED TO'MAR, ZARMED Lab, and ZARMED Digital — with campuses and facilities in Samarkand and Bukhara.
